The Integrative Shamanism Practitioner Course brings you on a profound journey of self-rebirth for you to step into your service to the world.
It isn't another certification to add to your bio. It's a 3-month transformational journey that can turn you into the practitioner the world actually needs — grounded, ethical, trauma-informed, and genuinely present.
Through shamanic technology, sacred creativity, experiential learning, and trauma‑informed mentorship, you’ll awaken your natural ability to hold space, facilitate transformation, and become of service with integrity and devotion.
You will work in deep partnership with nature’s aliveness: plant and animal spirits, and the intelligence of the earth itself. From that reciprocal relationship, healthy change on our planet becomes even more possible.
You won’t become a shaman, as we are not entitled to grant anyone that title. You’ll become fully yourself — awake, embodied, creative, and rooted in service.

THE HEART BEHIND THE WORK
Karlyn is the creator of the course and founder of Earth Weavers, global community of earth guardians, dreamers, and change-makers weaving the future together. She is a shamanic teacher and practitioner, trauma-informed therapist, plant dietas and integration coach, medicine musician and vocal alchemy guide.
Karlyn has been studying ancestral traditions from all over the world for the last decade. Inspired by the dream of a harmonious world, her passion lies in the intersection of individual transformation and collective change. She believes that as we each journey towards healing and wholeness, we organically contribute to the broader shift towards peace, unity, and harmony, on our planet Earth.
Karlyn is specialised in working with plants and herbs, communicating with their spirits, journeying with them as allies, guides, and protectors, and receiving their songs. She has completed many diets with various plants, deeply learning from her training in herbalism, her time in the Amazon jungle with the Yawanawa people, and in the Mata Atlântica forest with Afro-Brazilian traditions. Through earth-based wisdom, voice liberation, and ancestral transmissions, she is honoring our Mother Earth and all her weavers of consciousness.
Karlyn has been trained in a grand variety of modalities such as Core Shamanism, Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Maté, breathwork, the Gene Keys, voice liberation, psychedelic integration, mindfulness coaching, quantum healing, and sound therapy.
Through this course, Karlyn will teach about the art of shamanism. She will guide participants to develop ethical, trauma-informed shamanic practice, authentic facilitation skills, and learn to hold safe, grounded, and sacred spaces. She will empower lightful beings in their florescence for them to become their creative boundless self, refining their unique medicine, and stepping into service with clarity, integrity, and embodied presence.

AL ZAURAK
Seraf is an experience designer and movement facilitator, bringing specialized knowledge to support participants in their becoming. She has also been trained in Core Shamanism and in the Mythic Body. She will be our main co-facilitator during the immersion, providing guidance for somatic exploration using an approach that incorporates living symbols to communicate with higher self and the mystery. Seraf will also support co-create the Rites of Passage, ensuring participants can center and integrate the profound shifts associated with the journey.

HUNI KUIN
From childhood, Mapuani was immersed in the world of medicinal plants, a wisdom passed down by her mother who was Magé, medicine woman of the Huni Kuin tribe in the Amazon Forest, in Brazil. She studied plants around the world, as well as aromatherapy, and conscious nutrition. She now offers transformative healing through voice, touch, and natural remedies. During the course, she will give us the privilege to learn from her ancestral tradition. She will share her experience with sacred plants and with food as medicine that carries life and myths.

ASRA
Silvia has spent more than a decade devoted to preserving the teachings of grandfathers and grandmothers from different ancient traditions. She serves as a bridge, creating a unique opportunity for people to discover themselves and experience a safe space to connect in a real, honest, and creative way. Silvia shares different traditions learnt from the wisdom of elders, from North America to South America: Andean Shamanism: Medicine Wheel, and Munay Ki; Ceremonies based on the Mayan Cosmovision: fire, cacao, women’s health; and Temazcal.

Juan María is the host of our venue in Mallorca. Born on the island, he has created a warm, welcoming space with great attention to detail, including several dedicated areas for practice and ceremony. He is a crystal bowl sound therapist and the creator of therapeutic quantum machines that combine vibration, light, and precise tonal structures to support physical and emotional balance. His machines are designed to work directly with the body’s energetic field, offering an innovative optional experience during our immersion.

THE VENUE
A beautiful finca nestled on top of the mountains in the forests of Mallorca, with open views over the mountains and the sea in the distance. The land offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for practice and rituals - wooden yurt, open veranda, yoga platform, sauna with panoramic mountain views, natural pool, hiking paths in the forest...
For a month, we gather in the house, in the open kitchen, or around the fire place, cocreating moments of authentic connection, and celebration. Through transformative practices, facilitation experiences, and heartfelt conversations, we learn, grow, and empower each other in our becoming.
Surrounded by nature's beauty, we hear the guardians of the earth, find solace in the whispers of the wind and the embrace of nature. We carve out space for aloneness and stillness, for pausing, contemplating, and embracing inner silence, allowing our spirits to soar freely.

What makes this course unique?
It offers an integrative approach that bridges ancient shamanic wisdom with modern psychology, trauma-informed frameworks, and somatic awareness. It places strong emphasis on ethical service, integrity, and practitioner skills and qualities, while honoring creativity, embodiment, and a lived relationship with the Earth, plants, and spirit.
Do I need prior therapy or facilitation experience?
No. Previous experience is not required. What matters is a willingness to do your own inner work, and a genuine desire to be in service.
Is this course suitable if I am new to shamanic practices?
Yes. It is designed to meet you where you are, with no prior experience required.
Is this a certification to become a shaman?
No. This course will never claim to make you become a shaman. It offers an integrative, ethical, and trauma-informed path to facilitation and service, rooted in respect for traditional lineages and the shamanic practices.
How are participants selected?
Applications are reviewed carefully. Acceptance depends on available space and on whether this cours aligns with your intentions, and readiness to engage in the process.
Can I join the course online only?
No. This is a complete 3-month journey that includes both online preparation and integration, and a mandatory in-person immersion. The on-site month is essential for learning and embodiment. Short online programs and plant dietas are available separately.
Will I start practicing facilitation during the course?
Yes. From week one, you will not only learn techniques, but also practice them in a supervised and supported environment, gaining real experience while you learn.
How intensive is the course?
This is a deep and immersive process. Expect long days, emotional and physical engagement, and a strong commitment to presence, learning, and practice.
What does a typical day look like during the immersion?
Each day adapts to the group’s needs and what emerges in the process, but generally includes a morning practice with movement, breath, and plant infusion; deep teaching and experiential workshops; integration and practitioner skill-building in the afternoon; and evening or week-ends rituals.
Is this course suitable if I am in a major life transition?
Yes. This course often supports clarity, purpose, and grounded direction during times of change.
Will I be able to hold space as a practitioner after the course?
We believe that for any course that has to do with spiritual practices, we are not the ones to grant the title of practitioner — that recognition comes through spiritual permission, integrity, multiple lived experience, and a true commitment to service. What we offer is a rigorous course, practical tools, supervised practices, and ethical foundations to support you in walking that path responsibly. Whether you embody the role of practitioner is something life, your community, your spirit guides, and your own spiritual and emotional maturity will reveal over time. To honor their dedication to the course and the depth of work completed, participants that complete all the requirements will receive an Earth Weavers Certificate of Course Completion.
What are the requirements to receive the certification of completion?
You’ll need to facilitate a set number of 1:1 and group sessions held after the course, submit one recorded session for review, develop a consistent personal practice, and commit to the course’s code of integrity and ethics.
Is accommodation included during the immersion?
Yes. Shared accommodation and vegetarian meals are included in the tuition during the in-person month.
What is the accommodation like?
Accommodation is mostly shared, and there is also the option to stay in a glamping tent with a comfortable mattress if you prefer more personal space.
What is the refund policy?
• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is refundable up to 6 months before the course begins on October 15th, 2027.
• Up to 3 months before the start date, 30% of the remaining balance may be refunded (excluding the deposit).
• Within 90 days of the program start, no payments are refundable.
• If the course is canceled, all tuition payments will be fully refunded (excluding travel costs).
Are payment plans available?
We aim to make the course as accessible as possible and offer payment plans, spread over the months leading up to the start of the course. If you are really struggling financially but really wish to be with us, we have one volunteering spot for helping with the kitchen and logistics.

Our team also received deep training with indigenous communities, learning from their spirituality, cosmology, and tradition. We are fully devoted to offer this work with love, integrity and profound respect for the shamanic traditions and their ancestral wisdom.
Reciprocity matters
2% of the funds generated from this course are donated to support Indigenous communities, Amazon reforestation initiatives, and projects that support communities protect their land and grow their own food — honoring reciprocity, respect, and care for the living Earth.
Beyond financial contribution, we also offer our time and presence through volunteering initiatives that support children’s education, help them reconnect with their roots, their cultural, spiritual heritage, the living wisdom of ritual, and cultivate emotional intelligence from a young age — planting seeds for future generations.
At the moment, we collaborate with organizations - such as Association Jiboiana, and Universal Love Curriculum - that already have established systems in place to lead these initiatives. As this project grows and flourishes, we aspire to offer even greater financial support, time, and energy to these causes — deepening our commitment to a future rooted in respect, responsibility, and collective care.
